Even if it’s starting to seem like there aren’t enough hours in the day to get it all done, it’s important to carve out some time to do the right things for your business. Your June focus should be:
- Do a deep dive on your P&L, cash flow statement, and balance sheet.
- Send updated financials to SquareDash for credit line review.
- Go all-in on supplementing.
- Collect outstanding balances on property owner invoices.
- Start requesting depreciation-only advances on open jobs.
