We are hiring a National Account Executive to drive new client growth as we expand our network of contractors in the roofing and restoration industry.
The best candidates for this role will know how to effectively navigate relationships with owners, finance, accounting, billing, and admin support individuals inside prospect roofing and restoration companies.
What you’ll do
- National Account Development: Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with roofing and restoration contractors across the US to drive business growth.
- Financial Solution Customization: Work closely with prospective contractors to understand their financial needs and ensure our solutions meet those needs effectively.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, consistently delivering results.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, sales development, and customer support, to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients.
- Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management. Provide regular reports on account performance.
Who you are
- You have a proven track record of successful sales experience (5+ years) in B2B.
- You have previous experience with fintech solutions and financial services, roofing, or construction industries (preferred).
- You’re willing to travel nationally as needed.
- You are proficient in the following software and tools: Hubspot, Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, among others.

National Account Executive
DetailKey Responsibilities
We are hiring a B2B SDR to support the growth of our client base in the roofing and restoration industry. This individual will work with marketing (Hubspot, Apollo/Linkedin/Facebook, web search, etc) to identify and reach new prospects + set appointments for account executives (via email, phone, SMS, social, inbound leads, etc).
The best candidates for this role will effectively navigate many individuals inside prospect roofing and restoration companies to set appointments with prospective buyers. Example personas include owners, finance, accounting, billing, and admin support.
What you’ll do
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads in the roofing and restoration sector through various channels, including our CRM, Zoominfo, Linkedin, Facebook, various directories, online research, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Outreach: Reach out to leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media to create interest in our billing services and claim funding solutions and set up initial meetings for the sales team.
- Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, ensuring they align with our target customer profile.
- HubSpot Email Marketing: Proficiently utilize HubSpot's email marketing tools to create and execute email campaigns, nurturing leads and engaging prospects effectively.
- Book Appointments: Book initial sales meetings for the Account Executives and serve as the prospects bridge between MQL, SQL, SAL and opportunity.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and track lead progress in the CRM system.
- CRM Enrichment: Add contact and company records to and update records inside the CRM to ensure it remains a high quality resource.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Who you are
- Sales Experience: You have 1+ year previous experience in B2B lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales.

This individual will work closely with account management, credit, and revenue cycle management teams to review property insurance claim documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the roofing and restoration industry, as well as experience in claims documentation analysis and insurance supplement writing.
What you’ll do
- Monitor Job Submissions: Oversee incoming claims, supplements, scopes of loss, and retail jobs for quality assurance.
- Claim Documentation Analysis: Review property insurance claim documentation, including estimates, photos, and other supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Document Review: Analyze job contracts, line item exclusions, upgrades, supplements, and payment arrangements, including prior payments and deductibles.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Maintain compliance with company procedures, insurance regulations, and industry best practices while conducting quality assurance reviews of claim documentation.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in claim documentation and escalate issues as needed.

Who you are

- You are proficient in Xactimate, XactAnalysis, and XactContents software, with experience in generating estimates and writing supplements (preferred).
- You have strong math skills, including the ability to perform calculations involving whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
